Locally Social Gives, Inc. is a St. Johnsbury, Vermont based non-profit organization, committed to listening, respecting, and supporting local community members and organizations, in times of financial need. Our ongoing fundraising efforts aim to ease the stress and worry that can accompany life's challenges, changes, and the unexpected. If you are seeking support from Locally Social Gives, Inc. please read and fully understand our application guidelines before applying. Incomplete applications will not be considered. 

• All questions must be completed. 
• Applicants and/or their household members may not have received assistance from our funds with in the past 12 calendar months. 
• Only one grant application accepted per household.
• We reserve the right to request proof or verification of an applicant need, such as copy of disconnect of utility, etc. You may attach supporting documentation with your application. 
• Grants may not be given or transferred to other individuals. Applicant must be recipient. 

Once an application is received and reviewed, you will be contacted by Locally Social Gives, within a few days. All applications are objectively and equitably reviewed by the board of directors and screened by the team of caring professionals at Locally Social Gives. Applications are reviewed and evaluated based upon an established criteria for urgency and need. Please provide as much detail as possible.

Our organization adheres to strict confidentiality and privacy practices. Your information and circumstances are held strictly private and never disclosed with any person or persons outside of Locally Social Gives, without your permission or consent. 

Applicants will be notified by email of a decision. Locally Social Gives, Inc. reserves the right to deny applications, with feedback provided.  Grant funds are not guaranteed and subject to verification of need and/or funding availability. If approved grants are issued by check and mailed to the mailing address provided by applicant.
