Assistance Application and Information

Locally Social Gives, Inc. is a St. Johnsbury, Vermont based non-profit organization, committed to listening, respecting, and supporting local community members and organizations, in times of financial need. With our fundraising efforts, our goals are to ease the stress and worry that can accompany life's challenges and changes. If you are seeking support from Locally Social Gives, please complete the request for support below. Once received and reviewed, you will be contacted by Locally Social Gives, within two business days. All applications are objectively and equitably reviewed by the board of directors and/or by a committee of individuals who volunteer for Locally Social Gives.

Our organization adheres to strict confidentiality and privacy practices. Your information and circumstances are kept strictly private and never disclosed with any person or persons outside of Locally Social Gives, without your permission or consent.

Applicants will be notified by email of application decision. Locally Social Gives, Inc. reserves the right to deny applications for assistance, in most cases with feedback provided. Applications are reviewed and evaluated based upon an established criteria for urgency and need. Grant funds are not guaranteed and subject to verification of need and/or funding availability.

Who can apply? Individual Households located in the NEK, seeking winter financial assistance.

Please note:

*Only one application, per household per season. Season 11/1-4/1

*Applicants cannot have received grants funds from Locally Social Gives, Inc. within the past twelve calendar months, from date of application.

Winter Assistance Grants: Up to $500.00 per household
